• Closed all holidays and open year round ! Weekends are a must! Open Tuesday-Saturday 4-9pm with shift starting at 2:45-3pm daily We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Togo Specialist to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences whether they dine in or enjoy takeout. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and strong food and beverage knowledge will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Paid training and ongoing support will help you succeed and grow within our team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service both in-person and for takeout orders. Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change while maintaining accuracy with math calculations. Upsell menu items, beverages, spirits, wines, and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with professionalism and knowledge of drink service standards. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards during food handling, serving, bussing, and food preparation activities. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while managing multiple tables or takeout orders seamlessly. Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Support team members during busy hours by bussing tables, setting up service stations, or helping with food prep as needed. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant environment is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous; training will be provided if needed. Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation standards. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining excellent customer service. Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent guest relations skills with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality excellence.
