Join our vibrant team as a Server in one of the area's most popular restaurants. We are looking for servers with a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality that will create memorable moments that keep guests coming back. Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system TOAST Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Handle food preparation, food handling, and sanitation standards to maintain safety and quality standards in accordance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing payments efficiently Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and manage guest flow effectively Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as TOAST Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations gracefully Culinary experience or background in food preparation is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory checks Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; a positive attitude and team spirit are essential Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
