Duties Greet guests warmly, manage reservations using OpenTable, and seat them promptly with a friendly attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring swift and precise transactions Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to uphold cleanliness standards in accordance with sanitation guidelines Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or food industry tasks as needed during busy periods Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Experience working in the food industry with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier service in a lively environment!
