Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as toast. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions Knowledge of wine service, beverage preparation, and food safety protocols Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding drink service etiquette Food industry experience including food preparation, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality shines!
