This position provides customers with a welcoming and excellent dining experience, while helping maintain guest satisfaction in welcoming atmosphere.

•Weekend availability is highly preferred - particularly Friday/Saturday nights and Sunday (lunch/dinner shifts).

•In North Carolina, staff members must be 18+ to serve alcohol, and 21+ to mix alcoholic beverages for restaurant patrons. Duties Greet & welcome customers and provide attentive service to create a positive dining experience Take accurate orders Maintain accurate menu knowledge to answer patron questions and accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. Serve food and beverages promptly, while maintaining high standards of food handling & sanitation. Assist in bussing tables, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
