Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage tables efficiently by coordinating with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation and food handling protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting host/hostess duties when needed to ensure seamless service flow Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience, particularly in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Familiarity with POS system reservations and order management Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles demonstrating excellent communication and guest interaction skills Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm meets exceptional service!
