Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Culinary experience or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Food preparation skills and kitchen experience are beneficial for supporting food quality and presentation Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for food and service makes a real difference!
