Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server ( 21+ ONLY ) to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied with their dining experience. Responsibilities Must be at least 21 years old to legally serve and carry alcoholic beverages per ABC regulations. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections. Ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Skills Fluent in both Spanish and English. Applicants must be able to take guest orders in Spanish without assistance . Understanding Spanish is not sufficient, fluency is required . Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience with cash handling procedures in a restaurant setting. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Team player mentality with a focus on collaboration and support within the hospitality team.
