From weddings and birthday celebrations to corporate events, fundraisers, and special occasions, no two events are exactly the same. What You'll Do As a Banquet Server, you'll play an important role in making sure our events run smoothly from setup to cleanup.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and floor plans. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner. Provide prompt, attentive service throughout each event. Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. Clear tables, reset areas, and clean banquet rooms following events. Assist with food preparation and presentation when needed. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure food is delivered accurately and efficiently. Communicate with supervisors and other team members throughout the event. Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally. Move and arrange tables, chairs, and other event equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event space. Jump in wherever needed to help the team successfully execute an event. What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Friendly, positive, and customer-service oriented. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable working as part of a team. Able to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and guests. Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and willing to take initiative. Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods. Able to lift and carry trays and assist with moving tables and chairs. Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required . No banquet experience? That's okay! Schedule This is a part-time position with opportunities for flexible scheduling.Event schedules may include:
