Duties Safely handle and transport food items from the kitchen to dining areas using proper manual handling techniques and safe lifting practices Ensure all food is presented beautifully and delivered promptly to maintain quality standards Assist with food preparation, plating, and garnishing as needed under the guidance of culinary staff Clear and buss tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining spaces Support kitchen staff by performing basic cleaning tasks, including wiping down surfaces and sanitizing workstations Communicate effectively with servers, cooks, and front-of-house staff to coordinate timely food delivery Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders when required for guest requests or special accommodations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, including roles involving food running or serving Familiarity with food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of restaurant operations, including bussing, serving, and guest services Ability to lift heavy trays or boxes safely while adhering to safety protocols Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and provide excellent in-person customer service Experience working in banquet settings or hotel hospitality environments is advantageous but not required Join us in creating memorable dining moments by delivering exceptional service with energy and professionalism!
