Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take Hookahs and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver Hookahs and coals to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Handle cash transactions using a cash register and POS system
• Collaborate with the staff to ensure accurate order preparation
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales

Requirements:

• Previous experience or willing to learn in hookah service or customer service preferred
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of hookah safety regulations and proper handling procedures
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide efficient service
