The role:
Server assistants at SET the Bar assist servers and bartenders in providing our guests with an amazing drinking and dining experience, displaying exceptional customer service and communication skills. It is your responsibility to be knowledgeable in all areas of our food, beverage, and steps of service. You will be required to maintain our restaurant cleanliness standards and follow our employee code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive work environment for all. Our server assistants are passionate about food and hospitality and prioritize each guest, ensuring the pleasant dining experience our restaurant is known for.

Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Anticipate the needs of guests and ensure a high level of service throughout their dining experience. Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and well-organized. Reset tables for the next guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and ensure issues are resolved promptly. Complete assigned opening and closing duties. Comply with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. Manage the responsibilities of assisting multiple servers serving multiple tables at once, ensuring all guests are attended to without long waits. Assist & collaborate with other servers, host, bar, or kitchen staff during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
