Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings Prepare and serve food items accurately according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Process cash, credit card, and digital payments with accuracy while handling cash register operations Upsell additional toppings or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment, counters, and dining areas Manage food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to food safety management protocols and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including scooping ice cream and assembling orders Support food service customer order management by ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers Engage in quick service practices to serve customers efficiently in a fast-food environment Bussing tables and maintaining overall cleanliness to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and guests Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with the POS system Toast is advantageous Background in retail sales transactions or cashiering enhances your ability to handle cash handling accurately Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a café or grocery store setting is beneficial Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests through exceptional service!
