Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and accommodated Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, utilizing knowledge of specials and wine pairings Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling procedures Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Fine dining or upscale restaurant background is desirable for delivering elevated guest service Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is essential Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Familiarity with OpenTable reservation system or similar booking platforms enhances guest flow management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and professionally Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or restaurants, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for every guest.
