This team member supports front-of-house service by ensuring timely food delivery, maintaining table cleanliness, and assisting the service team throughout every stage of the guest experience. This position is well-suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in the details that elevate a meal from good to exceptional. Key Responsibilities Food & Beverage Service Support Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to guest tables accurately and promptly, following seat-number and course-order protocols Communicate ticket timing and dish readiness between kitchen staff and servers Confirm order accuracy before delivering to guests; alert servers immediately to any discrepancies Assist servers with tray carrying, plating presentation, and synchronized course delivery for large tables and events Refill water and other table accompaniments proactively throughout service Table Maintenance & Dining Room Upkeep Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and seatings in accordance with LaBelle service standards Remove used dishware, glassware, and linens with minimal disruption to nearby guests Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service corridors throughout the shift Ensure tables are fully reset and dining room is guest-ready before and after each service period Stock and organize server stations with necessary supplies (napkins, silverware, glassware, etc) Guest Experience Greet guests warmly when appropriate; respond to basic requests and direct more complex needs to a server or manager Anticipate guest needs and create a seamless, attentive dining experience consistent with LaBelle's hospitality standards Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to the service team promptly Assist with special event setups and breakdowns as directed by management Team Collaboration Operate as a collaborative member of the front-of-house team; support servers, bartenders, and event staff as needed Participate in pre-shift meetings and stay informed on daily specials, events, and service notes Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation standards as required by NH Department of Health and LaBelle policy Adhere to uniform and appearance standards at all times Qualifications Required Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Strong communication skills and team-first mindset Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. for extended periods Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Preferred Prior experience in a restaurant, winery, event venue, or hospitality setting Familiarity with food service protocols and dining room operations Basic knowledge of wine or hospitality (training provided) Experience with Toast POS, OpenTable or similar point-of-sale systems
