The Bedford Village Inn is a Four Diamond Luxury boutique hotel and Inn. We are also a top New England wedding venue and award-winning dining destination. The property features, 3 restaurants, as well as a wedding venue, indoor and outdoor Venues, meeting spaces, spa, and clothing boutique. We are seeking individuals with prior serving experience preferably fine dining or comparable. We are open 7 days a week from 11:30-10pm. We are looking for full time and part time employees. This is not a seasonal position. We are a fine dining establishment, and want to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, and receive quality customer service. Servers should possess, basic food wine and liquor knowledge. We are looking for staff who are team oriented, professional and have a positive attuited. We expect all staff to understand the fundamental steps of service. This job entails working closely with management and kitchen staff, to ensure that guests expectations are exceeded. Requirements Must be able to work all year long (this is not a seasonal position) 3 years of serving or restaurant Experience Understanding serving steps of service Basic food knowledge Wine and liquor knowledge Must be willing to work weekends, Holidays and have a flexible schedule Must be able to work Sundays Shift in times 10:45 to 4:30 and 4pm-11pm these are non negotiable Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to report to work on time and when scheduled Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time Understanding of basic POS system Benefits Paid Vacation after 1 year of employment NERIA and preferred hotel discounts Employee dinning discounts
