Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary options. Take accurate food and drink orders using a cash register or point-of-sale system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while monitoring guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are maintained. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
