Morning AND Night Shifts Join our team at The Wild Rose Restaurant located in Stonehurst Manor and be a part of creating memorable dining experience in the historic Stonehurst Manor. We're looking for passionate Servers who can deliver unparalleled service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is vibrant and exciting.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival and provide them with the menu and daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when requested, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the menu and wine pairings. Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure table maintenance including clearing/pre-bussing dishes, setting tables, and attending to any guest needs promptly. Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining areas, workstations, and kitchen. Assist in inventory management and restocking of dining room supplies and service preparation. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, serving, and management staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food and drink presentation. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and pass on relevant information to management to improve service.

Three Years Serving Experience Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Availability:

Must be able to work AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
