Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient table service to residents in dining rooms Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders according to dietary needs Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before and after meals Follow sanitation, food safety, and infection control guidelines Collaborate with culinary and nursing staff to meet special diet requirements Assist residents with mobility or special needs in a respectful manner Handle payment processes or meal tracking per community procedures Respond promptly to resident requests, concerns, and feedback Maintain knowledge of daily menus and specials to answer questions Support team members to ensure timely and high-quality meal service Required Skills Table service and customer service Food safety and sanitation practices Order taking and POS or ticket systems Knowledge of special diets and allergens Basic cash handling or meal tracking Dining room setup and bussing Time management in fast-paced service Clear verbal communication with seniors Teamwork with culinary and care staff Infection control awareness
