Weekends as needed Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with their needs to ensure a positive dining experience. Support waitstaff by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and delivering food orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces for events. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, evenings and weekends
