Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Food Server and become the face of exceptional dining experiences! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Your energy and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests, whether in a bustling restaurant, an elegant fine dining setting, or a vibrant nightclub environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Clear tables efficiently, bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in customer service and guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures in accordance with industry standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is desirable but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency for cash handling, and a team-oriented attitude Join us to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
