Job Description
LOOKING FOR SERVERS, BUSSERS AND HOST STAFF.
Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available for Lunch and Dinner shifts. We are currently hiring part-time and full-time team members. Please note that this job requires going up and downstairs carrying full trays, and requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time. These are tipped positions with above-average hourly earnings when combining tips and hourly pay.Duties:
- Provide excellent hospitality and guest services to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take food and drink orders from customers and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as garnishing plates or assembling appetizers
- Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and collaborating with team members
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Pay:
$7.25- $50.
