The Successful Applicant A successful Lean Manager should have: 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment Experience leading supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams Proven success driving continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually.
