Job Description Lead all activities within an assigned value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets Manage staffing, resource allocation, production priorities, and capacity planning to meet customer demand Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and operational excellence programs throughout the value stream Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve operational performance Maintain accountability for key business metrics including safety, quality, productivity, inventory, delivery, cost, and employee engagement MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Lean Manager should have: 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment Experience leading supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams Proven success driving continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually.
