Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and give correct change while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order processing Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and increase sales Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic environments like nightclubs or fine dining venues, and want to make every guest's visit unforgettable!
