Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area
• Ensure that all food items are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
• Communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in running food to the dining room.
• Assist in food preparation and plating when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Culinary or restaurant experience is a plus
