shifts a week Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences by providing excellent guest service and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food, hospitality, and delivering top-notch service in a lively environment. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a positive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and resetting as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and good communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently. Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is advantageous. Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order accuracy.
