Wednesday to Sunday 3 to close We are hiring full time only. As a Server , your creative flair and passion for beverage And food. focusing on serving while assist with bartending.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to restaurant manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Work in partnership with the Restaurant General Manager you will execute the smooth and flawless operation of the Bar and Restaurant Ensure all bartender checks are closed and guest billing is accurate Ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending of drinks in line with Alberta law Monitor bar opening and closing duties and completed daily to standard by bartenders Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Excellent work ethic with a high degree of responsibility Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships. Preferred Qualifications and Skills • Strong commitment to service are not limited to: Successfully perform craft bartending tasks. Arrives to work on time in proper in proper uniform. Prepare for opening according to company procedures including inspection for adequate supplies, procuring additional supplies as necessary, and preparing garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks. Ensure proper pour procedures and recipes are adhered. Orders are inputted into the POS immediately. Educate staff on product knowledge and beverage procedures. Observe and assess member/guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service. Report complaints and alcohol related incidents to a manager as soon as they occur. Greet every member/guest as they enter. Prior to departure, present the check to member/guest with accurate charges. Uphold bar cleanliness and organization accordin liquor, beer, wine, tobacco, and sundries to ensure stock is maintained at par levels. Maintain daily inventory and records showing which drinks and liquors are in the greatest demand. Assure the efficient and timely submission of all required reports. Visually inspect all bar and food service areas to ensure they are clean and presentable to guests. Complies with all Food and Beverage regulations and liquor laws, including but not limited to checking ID before serving liquor to a member/guest that looks under 30 years of age. Assist staff with other duties as business dictates. Assist in all Food and Beverage outlets as business requires.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Able to work a flexible schedule, primarily evenings and weekends (including holidays).
