•Thursday Evenings (4 PM Start Time) Friday Evenings (4 PM Start Time) Saturday Evenings (4 PM Start Time) Sunday Evenings (4 PM Start Time) Responsibilities Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems (specifically Digital Dining) Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and provide personalized service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Skills Experience with Digital Dining POS Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Previous experience in fast paced restaurant & bar environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately Ability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed Effective communication skills for serving guests and coordinating with team members Familiarity with the food industry, hospitality standards, and beverage service techniques such as brewing or bartending This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in vibrant settings.
