Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent in-person customer service and guiding them to their tables efficiently Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Assist servers by delivering food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained Clear tables swiftly and efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards through regular cleaning duties Support the kitchen team with basic food handling, preparation assistance, or light cleaning as needed to uphold food safety standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, or supplies using safe lifting practices to prevent injury Accurate operation of the reservation system, Resy, for hosts.
