Job Overview Must be available a minimum of 3 shifts a week, including Sunday. Join our team as a Server at our brand new restaurant in a high-profile downtown Portsmouth location. Your polished yet warm and welcoming service will elevate the guest experience from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave satisfied. This is a tipped position offering an exciting opportunity to build your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver attentive, polished, warm, and welcoming service throughout each table's visit Recommend menu items, liquor, and wine pairings to enhance the guest experience Process payments accurately and handle the point-of-sale system (Toast experience a plus) Work closely as a team to keep service running smoothly during high-volume shifts Perform manual tasks such as carrying trays, moving chairs, or lifting supplies using safe lifting practices Qualifications Liquor and wine knowledge is a must; we'll provide training to further enhance your expertise Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members Fine dining experience is not required, but a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks as assigned Experience with POS systems like Toast is a plus Benefits Health insurance available for purchase after 90 days of employment for employees who maintain a minimum of 4 shifts per week Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through polished, warm, and welcoming service, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to hospitality!
