Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of all food and beverages. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred; culinary or banquet experience is a plus. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in fine dining or large event settings. Knowledge of food handling safety standards, beverage service techniques, including wine knowledge and bartending skills. Excellent communication skills paired with a professional appearance; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
