We take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and a supportive, team-oriented environment for our staff. Position Summary We are seeking friendly, motivated, and hospitality-focused Servers to join our front-of-house team. Ideal candidates are confident, organized, and passionate about delivering an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, knowledgeable service Guide guests through food and beverage menus, including daily specials Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and beverages in a timely, professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Follow all service standards, health, and safety guidelines Assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth service Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Positive attitude and team-first mindset Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years old (or per NJ alcohol service requirements) What We Offer Competitive pay with strong earning potential Consistent scheduling and supportive management Opportunity to grow within a respected local restaurant group A positive, professional, and team-driven workplace How to Apply Apply through Indeed or in person at Allendale Social.
