In this energetic role, you will support the service team by ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting, while efficiently delivering food and beverages to guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from start to finish. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10a-4:00pm with ocassional nights and weekends. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service hours Assist servers by delivering food and beverages swiftly and accurately Ensure all food handling and safety standards are followed during food running and table service Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash in accordance with sanitation standards Handle manual lifting of trays, boxes, and supplies safely, practicing proper lifting techniques to prevent injury Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs, providing excellent in-person customer service Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
