Duties Safely transport prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring presentation remains impeccable Assist with food handling, plating, and portioning as needed to support kitchen operations Clear and clean tables efficiently by bussing dishes and maintaining a tidy dining area Support the kitchen team with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of food trays or supplies following safe lifting practices Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and guest needs Maintain cleanliness of service areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing of utensils, trays, and work surfaces Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their requests Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS is advantageous for processing orders efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and basic food preparation techniques Experience with bussing, cleaning, and supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and serve guests professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Demonstrated commitment to hospitality, guest services, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout busy shifts Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences!
