Made in Miami Bar & Bistro is looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our front-of-house team in Clifton, NJ. We are an upscale restaurant and nightlife venue offering dinner, brunch, cocktails, private events, and high-volume weekend service. We are looking for servers who are confident, attentive, professional, and know how to create a great guest experience—not simply take orders.

What We're Looking For:

⁠ ⁠Previous serving experience preferred ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and customer service skills ⁠ ⁠Friendly, confident, and professional personality ⁠ ⁠Ability to handle high-volume and fast-paced shifts ⁠ ⁠Strong menu knowledge and willingness to learn ⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and stay organized ⁠ ⁠Team-oriented attitude ⁠ ⁠Reliable and punctual ⁠ ⁠Comfortable suggesting and upselling food, cocktails, hookah, and experiences ⁠ ⁠Weekend availability is strongly preferred

Responsibilities Include:

⁠ ⁠Greeting tables promptly and professionally ⁠ ⁠Taking accurate food and beverage orders ⁠ ⁠Providing knowledgeable menu recommendations ⁠ ⁠Checking on guests throughout their experience ⁠ ⁠Upselling appropriately without being overly aggressive ⁠ ⁠Running food and beverages when needed ⁠ ⁠Maintaining clean and organized tables and sections ⁠ ⁠Communicating with bartenders, kitchen staff, support staff, and management ⁠ ⁠Following all restaurant service standards and policies ⁠ ⁠Helping create an upscale, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere

Schedule:

Part-time positions available. Evening, weekend, brunch, and late-night availability may be required depending on scheduling.

Pay:

$16.85 - $38.72 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
