- must have excellent customer service skills and deep knowledge of restaurant operations
- must have experience working as a server at a full service restaurant and be comfortable and have professional mannerisms interacting with customers.
- Must contribute to a positive work environment
- Flexibility with the schedule and availability
- Must be able to work holidays
- Must be fluent in English
- Open minded to learn Japanese cuisine and culture is a big plus You do not need to know or speak Japanese but please understand that as we are a Japanese restaurants, the menu contains many ingredients, cooking methods and names of dishes in Japanese and you will be required to learn them.
