We are a boutique Japanese restaurant looking for an experienced server. An ability to work well with others is a must, as well as:

• must have excellent customer service skills and deep knowledge of restaurant operations
• must have experience working as a server at a full service restaurant and be comfortable and have professional mannerisms interacting with customers.
• Must contribute to a positive work environment
• Flexibility with the schedule and availability
• Must be able to work holidays
• Must be fluent in English
• Open minded to learn Japanese cuisine and culture is a big plus You do not need to know or speak Japanese but please understand that as we are a Japanese restaurants, the menu contains many ingredients, cooking methods and names of dishes in Japanese and you will be required to learn them.

The position will require you to learn and embrace the Japanese hospitality (omotenashi) concept. payment : hourly + tip. ☆must have prior experience at a full service, upscale restaurant.
