Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, or specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times. Manage guest relations by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms. Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales transactions. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments accurately, and managing sales transactions. Experience working in fast-paced environments that require quick thinking and adaptability.
