Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are complete and presented correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise. Provide assistance to guests, answering questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests. Support catering events as needed, ensuring all food is presented beautifully and served promptly. Experience Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of menu items and customer service best practices. Experience in hospitality or catering can be beneficial. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Strong communication skills and a willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.
