About Us Wagyu Factory is looking for friendly, energetic, and motivated Servers to join our team for our exciting new restaurant opening! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to providing exceptional dining experiences. Job Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout their dining experience. Explain the restaurant's dining concept, menu options, and ordering procedures. Provide menu recommendations and upsell food, beverages, and membership programs when applicable. Take orders accurately and ensure timely food and beverage service. Maintain strong menu knowledge, including Wagyu beef selections, ingredients, and food allergies. Monitor assigned tables, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. Handle guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to management. Process guest payments accurately using the POS system. Collaborate with hosts, food runners, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties. Follow all restaurant policies, food safety standards, and service procedures. Qualifications At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience preferred. Experience in Japanese BBQ, Korean BBQ, or upscale dining is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn about Wagyu beef, restaurant products, and service standards. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
