Experienced Server Wanted Bring your craft and your personality. We're a family-owned fine dining restaurant with 50 years of hospitality behind us—and every intention of keeping that tradition going strong. We believe deeply in our craft, our brand, and the experience we create for our guests. We already have a great team, and we're looking for someone who will make it even greater. Hospitality is your chosen profession. You take pride in being a server. You love people, understand the skill this work requires, and see hospitality as a career worth mastering. We respect this profession as one you can build a life around and support yourself and your family through.
Our goal is simple:
make people happy, take exceptional care of them, and give them a reason to come back. You've worked through the chaos—and loved it. Previous restaurant serving experience is required. You know what happens when the dining room fills and everything needs attention at once. You can prioritize, stay composed, and support your teammates while making guests feel relaxed and cared for. You bring a can-do attitude, a good sense of humor, and the ability to enjoy the work even when the pace gets demanding. You know your wines, spirits, and cocktails. You can recommend a bottle, explain a classic cocktail, and guide guests toward something they'll enjoy. You share your knowledge confidently and make guests feel comfortable asking questions. We will quiz you on your wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge during the interview. Come prepared. Bartending experience is a plus, especially if you can step behind the bar and confidently prepare classic cocktails when needed. You have personality and know how to read a room. You're a natural entertainer who enjoys making people happy. You know when to share a laugh, when to offer a recommendation, and when to give a table space. You anticipate needs, remember details, and make people feel special without making yourself the center of attention. You understand that luxury service should feel thoughtful, personal, and effortless to the guest. You're willing to get your hands dirty. You clear plates, run food, polish glassware, reset tables, and complete your side work. You notice what needs doing and take initiative. Caring for the entire room and supporting your teammates are part of the job, regardless of whose section needs attention. You help a good team get better. No team gets everything right every day. Busy service brings pressure, different personalities, and occasional friction. What matters is how we respond: communicate honestly, listen, take responsibility, and work together to improve. We're proud of our team and want someone who will help us keep raising our standards.
A Clear Word About Expectations:
Exceptional hospitality starts with people who show integrity, warmth, and care in what they do. We're looking for someone who keeps their word, arrives on time, takes initiative, and brings a generous spirit to the team. Be the person who notices when someone needs help, takes pride in the smallest details, and follows through without constant reminders. Bring a sense of humor, patience under pressure, and the confidence to own a mistake and learn from it. Welcome feedback, share ideas, and treat everyone with respect—from the dishwasher to the guest celebrating a special occasion. You don't have to be perfect; you do have to care, put in the effort, and keep growing. We hold ourselves to those same standards. After 50 years as a family-owned fine dining restaurant, we still believe that thoughtful, dependable people make all the difference—and that's who we want helping us write our next chapter. Holiday availability is required. Holidays are an important part of our business. This position requires availability for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Greek Orthodox Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. Thanksgiving is the exception. Please come prepared to discuss your holiday availability during the interview. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
