The ideal candidate will have experience in Korean barbecue service and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. This role involves engaging with guests, taking orders, serving food, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a lively and authentic Korean restaurant environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements. Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring special requests are noted. Serve Korean barbecue dishes and accompaniments efficiently and professionally. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer customer questions confidently. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely service and uphold quality standards. Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions responsibly. Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Qualifications Prior experience working as a server in a Korean BBQ restaurant is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of Korean cuisine and familiarity with traditional barbecue service is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must be at least 18 years old or as required by local regulations.
