We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, attentive server/waiter/waitress to join our family-friendly full-service Japanese Steakhouse. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a full-service restaurant, be available to work weekends & holidays, and will have an outgoing personality. Must be 18 years or older to apply. At least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, friendly, well-paced service Upsell menu items, per management instructions Extensive knowledge of the menu, potential allergens, loyalty program (training will be provided) - has to be able to answer customer questions on these topics Perform side work (rolling cutlery/napkins, refilling soy sauce, stacking sauce dishes, etc.) Buss tables Adhere to all standards of safety and cleanliness Support and collaborate with fellow team members to provide excellent service
