You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe dining environment. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Experience Previous experience in the food service industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding service is essential.
