The ideal candidate will facilitate smooth food service operations by delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests, ensuring timely and accurate presentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the food service industry and eager to develop their hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver prepared food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately Assist servers with food presentation and table service as needed Ensure food safety standards are maintained during transportation and handling Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with basic food preparation or setup during busy periods, if required Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders when necessary Provide excellent guest service by addressing guest inquiries courteously and professionally Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with banquet service, bussing, or culinary operations is advantageous Hospitality or hotel experience is beneficial but not required Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and guest satisfaction Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if needed This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to grow within the hospitality industry while delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service.
