Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper beverage service standards for fine dining or nightclub settings Process cash transactions and credit card payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Build strong guest relations by providing knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu options based on guest preferences Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, bars, or nightclubs is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability in cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage service Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions confidently Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous Open to candidates with fine dining or nightlife experience who thrive in fast-paced environments Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine!
