Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food safety. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately using a cash register, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with Aloha POS or OpenTable systems is a plus. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
