Morris Plains, NJ Capisce Trattoria is seeking an experienced, dependable, and friendly server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent hospitality, work efficiently during busy service periods, and communicate well with guests and coworkers. Required Availability Applicants must be available to work: Two lunch shifts per week Tuesday nights Wednesday nights Friday or Saturday nights Sunday nights Please apply only if you can regularly work this schedule. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Explain menu items and answer questions Take accurate food and beverage orders Enter orders correctly into the POS system Serve food and beverages efficiently Check on guests throughout their meal Process payments accurately Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties Keep tables and service areas clean and organized Work cooperatively with the kitchen and dining-room team Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred Dependable and punctual Strong customer-service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to carry trays and remain standing throughout the shift Professional appearance and positive attitude Available for the required lunch, evening, and weekend shifts We are a multilingual workplace where English, Spanish, and Italian are spoken.
