Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety protocols in food handling and sanitation Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, accurately handling cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain a clean, organized service area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations Build strong guest relations by providing knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu options based on guest preferences Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with POS systems is highly preferred Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Hospitality background with nightclub or fine dining experience is advantageous for adapting to diverse guest needs Join us as a Server to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
