Job Description
Overview:
Dolsan Korean BBQ & Sushi in Mt. Laurel, NJ is looking for a Professional Server, part-time or full-time (preferred), to join our growing team. This is a good long-term opportunity so we are looking for a fully committed individual who loves food and people. Please check us out online and visit us at dolsanbbq.com before applying. We are seeking dedicated and committed Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is not a seasonal job.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Assist in food preparation and ensure presentation meets standards
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server is required. Sushi or Korean bbq experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
